Plastic Injection Moulds & Precision

Thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic is used in Injection Molding to obtain battery parts. These thermosetting plastic and thermoplastic are fed into a barrel and then it is forced into a mold cavity. It is left for cooling and hardening there for a particular period of time. For a better description of injection molding it can be understood in the following manner: * First of all thermosetting plastic or thermoplastic is used for injection molding. * These plastic materials are heated at a particular temperature so that it can be left for the process of melting of the materials can be achieved. * Plastics are mixed * For getting a desired shape a molding is crafted or designed * Melted plastic is now poured into the mold cavity. * It is left for cooling process * Once having finished the cooling process it gets harden.
